Sonny Kgatitsoe has acquired multidisciplinary skills covering 17+ years-experience in various sectors including, Mining and Construction, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Commercial and Residential Property, Water and Sanitation, Telecommunication, Information Technology, Energy, Financial Services as well as Logistics and Warehousing (Air, Freight and Rail).

 

He also carries extensive experience in the Public and Partnership Projects for both Local Government and Municipalities in South Africa. Some of his Flagship Projects are, Transactional Advisor to advice management on the status of the Sinking Fund, Conducting of Feasibility Study to Explore the Possibility of Using Energy Power Saving Bank to Save the Cost of Bulk Purchase Electricity and Tariff Modelling Review.

Currently he is involved in the” Preparation of a full Bankability Feasibility Study for the Limpopo Science and Technology Park Project, identification and obtaining commitments from potential anchor tenants, and soliciting funding for the construction of the park) in South Africa estimated at capital cost of R8 Billion”, “Maintenance of Mechanical Infrastructure for 21 Dams and Pump Stations in the Orange Vaal Area for the Department of Water and Sanitation with a maintenance programme budget of R1,3 Billion” and “The setting up of a Quarry with 35,000 aggregate tons per month production capacity to rehabilitate a borrow-pit, earmarked for the development of 2,000 mixed use development by the City  of Tshwane in South Africa”.
